CO-FOUNDER & BUSINESS DIRECTOR

Valerie is the driver of the team, unstoppable and always providing opportunities of growth for the company. She is most interested in building relationships in the community and piecing unlikely stakeholders together, especially with her Masters in Tri-sector Collaboration from the Singapore Management University. Her strength in community building and programmes planning is evident in her experience working with various stakeholders- from government agencies (e.g. Ministry of Community, Culture and Youth) to corporates (e.g. Sumitomo Life) and the everyday residents in neighbourhoods (e.g. South Central Community Family Service Centre). 

With her working experience of 8 years, she has led teams to run large-scale social innovation festivals and panel discussions to cosy set ups with youths and seniors. 

CO-FOUNDER & DIRECTOR OF PROJECT MANAGEMENT

With more than a decade of experience working in the media industry, specialising in live entertainment and youth programming, Zu Wee is astute in juggling deadlines and efficiently balancing numbers projects of varied scales. 

Her extended experiences with large scale production at Mediacorp, Music & Drama Company and being the head of *SCAPEmedia team, Zu Wee has an ability to effectively bring a network of partners to every project. This is also evident by the pioneer team of Singapore’s first *SCAPE National Youth Film Awards and Singapore’s first co-working space for creative practitioners, *SCAPEmedia Hub. 

CO-FOUNDER & ART THERAPIST (IN-TRAINING)

Shwu Peng has worked with various key players and creatives in the media industry for more than 10 years, specialising in television production and live entertainment programmes. Understanding trends and current affairs, she has curated and worked closely with aspiring youth creatives to run a string of media developmental programmes and was in the pioneer team of the National Youth Film Awards at *SCAPE. With a network of media communities and a list of connections in the music industry, she is always an arm’s length away from creatives. 

With her passion and flair for writing, and having spent years behind the scenes writing for productions, she believes in the power of creating content that is impactful and meaningful to the community. In the past few years, she has done scriptwriting for liveshows and television, web content and food reviews for various clients in the cultural and educational fields.
